ABOUT JORDAN

Jordan started his musical journey at the age of 11 years old with a starter electric guitar and a tiny amp. Five years later he decided he wanted to try to teach guitar, and after doing an apprenticeship for two years, that dream was realized. Jordan teaches Acoustic, Electric and Bass guitar - he's been teaching for 19 years and has been playing for 26 years. 

 



Jordan is a professional musician specializing in Guitar Performance and Education. He has studied styles including, but not limited to Rock, Praise, Metal, Country, Pop, Blues, Jazz and Folk. Jordan studied under two excellent guitar teachers in Cort Langeland and Dave Purnell, and without them he wouldn't have ever tapped into the discipline, skills and work ethic needed to be a musician or teacher.



Jordan has performed at local churches, restaurants and coffee shops, and has also lead community ed classes at local schools. Jordan regularly teaches upwards of 60+ students a week, and has had numerous students go on to play at the Intersection in Grand Rapids as well as other local venues.
